I'm a General Health Psychologist – registered and specialized in contextual therapies for performing artists.
Former professional dancer in international companies – National Ballet of Portugal, National Ballet of Poland, Georgian State Ballet and Bavarian State Ballet of Munich.
Academic training applied to ballet – Master's thesis on the application of the Mindfulness, Acceptance & Commitment (MAC) program to dancers.
Experience with injuries and recovery – I have overcome major injuries and surgical operations and I support dancers in similar processes.
Proven results – I have helped dancers overcome stage fright, creative blocks and professional pressure, regaining well-being and performance.
