About Me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist, helping people restore balance, clarity, and well-being in the face of anxiety, emotional blocks, or health-related challenges. I have a particular interest in the influence of the mind on physical health and how psychological processes can support adaptation and overall well-being.

I offer therapy in both Spanish and English, combining a compassionate, human-centered approach with evidence-based practices, tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.

My experience blends over 16 years as a professional dancer in international companies with clinical practice, giving me a deep understanding of pressure, self-demand, and the emotional impact of high-performance environments, especially for performing artists.

Understand and relate to your thoughts and emotions with greater flexibility.
-
Restore well-being, balance, and clarity in the face of anxiety, depression, or emotional blocks.

Artistic Career

For over 16 years, I have built my career as a professional dancer in international companies, including the Portugal National Company, Polish National Ballet, and a decade at the Bayerisches Staatsballett in Munich.

This experience has given me a deep understanding of the psychological demands of high performance: pressure, self-demand, injury management, physical strain, and the emotional impact of such challenges.

Today, I apply this knowledge to support artists and high-performance individuals, helping them enhance their performance, manage emotions, and maintain overall well-being, in a personalized and evidence-based way.
